💕 GLAMOUR NAILS BY KESH Booking & Salon Policies To provide every client with a professional, relaxing, and enjoyable experience, please review all policies before booking your appointment. By booking an appointment with Glamour Nails By Kesh, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. ⸻ 💳 DEPOSIT POLICY * A deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. * Deposits are applied toward your remaining service balance. * All deposits are non-refundable. * Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. * If you cancel outside of the cancellation period or do not show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. * A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. ⸻ 📅 BOOKING POLICY * All appointments must be booked in advance. * Please book the correct service, nail length, removal, and desired add-ons so enough time is reserved. * Prices listed are starting prices unless otherwise stated. * Detailed nail art, extra length, repairs, removal, or additional work may increase the final price and service time. * Please arrive with your desired nail inspiration ready when possible. * Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the service and condition of your nails. GLAMOUR NAILS BY KESH Driver’s License / State-Issued ID Policy For the safety and security of Glamour Nails By Kesh, all clients 18 years of age or older must provide a valid driver’s license or state-issued photo ID when booking an appointment. Please email your ID to: 2glamournailsbykesh@gmail.com Important: • The name on the ID must match the name used for your appointment. • Your ID must be valid and not expired. • ID verification must be completed before your appointment. • Clients who do not provide the required identification may have their appointment declined or canceled. • Identification is requested for client and nail technician safety and appointment verification purposes only. • Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the required booking/consent process. Thank you for helping keep Glamour Nails By Kesh safe and professional. ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY * Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. * Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. * A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. * Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ⸻ 🔄 RESCHEDULING POLICY * Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. * When proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment. * Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. * Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation. ⸻ ⏰ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is provided. * If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. * Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or changed. * If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. * If your appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required. ⸻ 🚫 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY * A client who misses an appointment without contacting me will be considered a no-call/no-show. * Your deposit will be forfeited. * A new deposit will be required to book again. * Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in future booking restrictions. ⸻ 💰 REFUND POLICY All services, deposits, and completed nail services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your nails, please contact Glamour Nails By Kesh within 48 hours of your appointment. * Reasonable service concerns will be reviewed. * When appropriate, a repair or correction may be offered. * Repairs needed because of normal wear, accidents, picking, biting, improper care, or damage caused after leaving the appointment are not considered service defects. * Change of mind regarding the selected color, shape, length, or design does not qualify for a refund. Please speak up during your appointment if you would like an adjustment to your shape, color, length, or design. ⸻ 👧🏾💕 YOUTH APPOINTMENT POLICY Kids • Preteens • Teens Youth services are available for clients on the Kids, Preteen & Teen Menu. Ages 5–12 * A parent or legal guardian must approve the service. * A parent/guardian should remain available during the appointment. * Services will be kept gentle and age-appropriate. * Acrylic extensions are not offered to children or preteens ages 5–12. Ages 13–17 * Parent or legal guardian approval is required. * Teen acrylic services are limited to the lengths and services available on the Teen Menu. * Extra-long acrylic services are not available through the youth menu. All Youth Appointments * Youth clients are expected to remain seated and cooperate during their service so it can be performed safely. * Parents/guardians should review the selected service, price, and design before the appointment begins. * Additional nail art and upgrades may result in an additional charge. * The same deposit, cancellation, late, and no-show policies apply to youth appointments. * If a service cannot be completed safely, the appointment may be stopped or modified. ⸻ 💅🏾 NAIL REMOVAL & REPAIR POLICY * Please add Soak-Off when booking if existing product needs to be removed. * Removal of another nail technician’s work may require additional time. * Nail repairs are charged per nail unless otherwise stated. * Please do not pull, peel, or force acrylic or gel products off your natural nails. ⸻ 🎨 NAIL ART & DESIGN POLICY * Please book nail art when scheduling your appointment. * Simple and detailed nail art are priced differently. * Detailed designs may require additional appointment time. * Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact duplication is not guaranteed. * Final pricing depends on the complexity, products, length, and amount of nail art requested. ⸻ 💕 CLIENT COURTESY Please be respectful of appointment times and the salon environment.
